Meet the Moms

Maura Ridder

Maura is the founder, co-host and co-producer of Mom’s the Word Radio Show.  She is a former prosecutor and family law attorney, having run her own law practice in San Francisco.  Maura loves to perform in musical theatre, and enjoys directing, choreographing, and teaching musical theatre to children.  Maura is the author of a children’s book, The Day Pete the Penny Hit the Streets.  She enjoys running marathons, skiing, performing, watching and supporting her girls’ performances, and traveling.  She is happily married and  the proud mother of three amazing daughters, Madeleine, Kilian, and Delaney.
