Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Dee lives in Manhattan Beach, CA with her husband, Eric, and son and daughter. She is the "stay-at-work mom correspondent" on the show, “Mom’s the Word” where she give valuable tips and advice to moms about work/life balance.
Prior to 2006, she lived and worked in New York City for 17 years and ran the Global Business Unit for Aon Risk Services. Currently, Dee manages Aon Corporation’s global initiatives for women in the workforce and the WIN (Women’s International Network) chapters of Aon around the world. The Women’s International Network at Aon is one of several Business Networking Groups promoting the development of Aon's diverse talent pool. During her employment, Dee was a participant in Aon’s EXCELerate, a program geared to the top 35 women in the firm, globally.
Dee also authors the “Hot Topics” section of mommytrackd.com and is an avid time/project management practitioner/trainer. Dee received her MBA from Fordham University and is a proud member of the honors societies, Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Mu Alpha; she holds her B.A. from Colgate University.
